Property management isn’t all about compliance, repairs, and deposits. If it’s done properly, it’s also about relationships and trust and we will always treat your property as if it were our own.
As part of our property management service, we will be the first point of contact for your tenant regarding any issues they might have. Whether initial teething problems or maintenance, our in-house property manager will be able to assist them including out of hours emergencies . We will carry out regular property visits and how much we keep you involved is entirely up to you. We’ll discuss your requirements in detail and make sure we have everything we need to make decisions on your behalf and some clients want updates whenever something happens, whilst others prefer us just to get on with it.
